Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our product, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on Underwear.  Only defective items or order errors made by Dimensions Underwear are eligible for return/refund.


We will gladly exchange incorrect or defective item(s). Your return request will be denied if the item(s) are not returned (postmarked) within 10 days of receipt. No exceptions.


Defective Item Return Eligibility:

  1. Dimensions Underwear accepts returns only for defective items or products that differ from your original order in error of Dimensions Underwear.
  2. To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked within ten days of receiving the package.

Order Cancellations:

  1. All purchases are final sales.
  2. If you wish to cancel your order, we offer full store credit, including shipping. However, cancellations are not guaranteed.
